• Cardboard or paper production experience is an advantage but not required

• Manual dexterity and hands-on technical skills

• Ability to learn machine setup and operation

• Able to read and understand technical documents and schematics

• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to commit to long-term employment

• Willing to work on shifting schedules and in a production environment
