• Male, 25–40 years old
• With at least 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in hotels, serviced apartments, or commercial buildings
• Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems, and general facility maintenance
• Can perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various systems and equipment
