Maintenance Technician – for U.K.

• Male, 25–40 years old

• With at least 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in hotels, serviced apartments, or commercial buildings

• Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems, and general facility maintenance

• Can perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various systems and equipment

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals

• With good communication skills and the ability to work independently or with a team

• TESDA Certificate in Electrical Installation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, or related field is an advantage

• Must have valid passport and willing to undergo UK visa processing and medical examination
