- 23–35 years old

- Valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Codes 2, 3, or equivalent)

- At least 2 years of experience driving buses

- No major traffic violations

- Physically fit and in good health

- Willing to undergo Japanese language training

- High school graduate or higher
