PARTS INTERPRETER

- Experience working as a parts interpreter for 5 years

- Background knowledge in forklifts and spare parts environment

- Identifying parts for clients and the service department.

- Managing inquiries from the front counter, both in person and over the phone.

- Successfully providing accurate and timely solutions for customer needs.

- Addressing pending tasks related to parts inquiries and customer concerns.

- With excellent communication and problem solving skills
